Taking a Resveratrol supplement may be a brand new idea, but it is one with more credibility than you may think. We already know that drinking red wine is very good for you (in moderate amounts that is), and taking the active ingredient,

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT
The Divine Creative Force that is the Source of all and manifests through everything seen and unseen,
flows through me, as me, for me. It is all knowing, everywhere present, all powerful.
I am a very significant part of this Divine Creative Force. It has no limits, and therefore neither do I. I let go of all my self-imposed boundaries, tear down my walls, and feel the freedom this brings me. I live in Love. Love reflects Itself…

Any insight, guidance, etc. is welcomed and appreciated!
It started with a dream.
I dreamed that my daughters Maggie and Missy and I went to the Newport Aquarium down by Cincinnati. We were walking by a large aquarium full of really bizarre looking creatures in a simulated deep sea environment and Missy quipped "wow, something smells fishy in here!" I told her to put a quarter in the pun jar and that's about all I remember of the dream.
Two days later, at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 14, our…

The Hurricane, that is
On Sunday, September 14, at 2:00 p.m. hurricane Ike whipped through the Ohio Valley and left some 2.5 million people without power.
One hundred seventy hours and seven minutes later (that is, Sunday, September 21 at 4:07 p.m.) our power finally was restored. As I write these words, there are still a hundred thousand or so people around the state without power, and some of them may be that way for most of the upcoming week.
Because we run our own servers, all of o…

Unlimited Thinking
by Orin
I take a deep breath in, drawing in light from everywhere in the universe as I do.
I link my mind with my higher mind simply by having the intention to do so.
I call my higher self to me, feeling its light all around me.
I begin to expand into the light of my higher self, filling myself with light and love.
I think of an area of my life
I would like to change such as a situation, relationship, career, or a money issue.
I start to change this area
by changing the…

Djwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek. (Tibetan greeting, pronounced tash-ee delay-k)
Alright. A very warm Tibetan greeting. Tashi Delek means happy auspicious you, that I am seeing you in your spirit form, perfect and complete as is. It is equivalent to Namaste, which many are familiar with. It’s a Hindu greeting and has also some other, in other cultures and what not, the greeting is different but basically it is greeting the Holy Spirit as Holy Spirit.
Alright. Our topic today is “Peptide Pep Talk”…

Invoking the Energy of Forgiveness”
September 4, 2008
Djwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek. (Tibetan greeting, pronounced tash-ee delay-k)
Alright. Today and all this week, we work with the energies of the Dark Side of Humanity. The Dark Side of Humanity will be working through a number of effects that I think are rather challenging. I would say that we have a number of things going into place here. Probably most noteworthy, would be the energies of the moon and the Scorpio vibration. So it’s Moo…

Eleven cents at a time
When I was little, Mom taught me the old rhyme “find a penny, pick it up, all day long you’ll have good luck. Find a penny, let it lie, all good luck will pass you by.” Well, from that point onward, I couldn’t ignore a penny on the ground!
When Sam died (July 10, 1999) we started finding pennies. It started the day he died.
About a month or so after, my sister sent me a story about how pennies are dropped from Heaven to say hello and I’m thinking about you. Now o…

It's been nine years now
Couldn't decide if I was going to write about it this year. Before I went to bed, I said no. The more I've thought on it today, the more I think I want to. No, not want. Need.
I need to talk (Write) about it.
Nine years ago today, I went to sleep a mother of five, with four daughters and a son. When I woke up, I was a mother of four. Just like *that* my son had passed away in his sleep, leaving me a mother of four daughters.…

You have come from a place of perfection.
When this experience, which you have chosen, is
through, you shall return there.
How do we explain a Mozart? How do we explain a child with near perfect and provable recollection of a previous life? How do we explain the sense of having been in a place before? Let us not overlook past life regressions. Bridey Murphy has spawned many fascinating stories. These are all examples used to reinforce the belief in reincarnation. There are many others. Indeed,…

I had someone book a DNA Activation session yesterday and when she arrived, she asked if she could have a reiki treatment afterwards. I was surprised, and very pleased of course. It was lovely to work with someone who was looking after herself so well. I wonder if I could add it as an optional extra for future clients?
It also meant that I was paid extra, which seems to be a re-assurance from the divine bankers that expenses for my seminar next month will be covered...

To ascribe a name to God
is to limit your awareness of God.
Be charitable to proselytizers, they are well-meaning foot solders in the battle against evil. Unfortunately, the collateral damage in this war is immense. Those who are on the path of awakening and enlightenment need not participate. Early on, the true seeker has discovered that the great work is self-realization and the preferred way to fight evil if we must, is with good.
Do not judge the actions or beliefs of another but rather if…

Find an object of love and know
that it is a part of God eternal.
When a cherished soul departs this plane, we experience a variety of thoughts and emotions. The emotion we might discuss here is sadness. First, release the feelings that were not resolved during the dying process. This would include negative emotions such as fear, guilt, anger, self-pity and doubt. Then consider this. You feel loss, hence sadness. The loss you may feel is on the manifest plane, not the spiritual plane. Have cour…

Our health, our sense of physical well-being, is the sum of all that we are on this plane. The mental, physical and spiritual aspects of this marvelous vehicle that we have been given are indivisible and should be reassembled after study, debate and profit sharing.
The failure to address the whole is the perennial Achilles heel in this process and yet the area most amenable to change. Arrogance, ego, turf battles, greed, cynicism, and such have not been tolerable as viable healing tools. The ard…

Whatever the perceived truth of the matter, the mythology of the unique messiah has served to inhibit and frustrate all but the most fearless seekers. To draw the inference that he (Jesus) was/is unique is misguided, contradicts his own words and serves to limit the unfolding of the individual as well as giving an undeserved pseudo-power to many religions. Forgive them father for their oppressive arrogance.
It is perhaps likely that the master may have felt that he was the first and only to expe…
